Without an account

Free tools that run in your browser, such as a single barcode, never send what you type to us. We count page views per tool to see which tools are used, without cookies or third-party analytics.

With an account

We store your email address, your credit balance and history, and a record of each job you run (tool, time, credits, success or failure). Sign-in links, sessions and API keys are stored only as one-way hashes.

The only cookie is the sign-in session cookie. It lasts 30 days or until you sign out.

Files and job results

Uploaded receipts are deleted as soon as they are read. Shared files are deleted when their link expires, and uploads that never finish are deleted within a day. Results such as barcode files are returned to your browser and not kept.

Who else handles your data

Stripe processes payments; we never see your card number. Resend delivers sign-in emails. Vercel hosts the site and file storage, Neon hosts the database, and Anthropic reads receipts for the receipt tool. Each handles data only to provide that service.
