Credits

Paid features use prepaid credits. One credit is worth $0.01. New accounts get 50 free credits. Credits belong to your account, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and do not expire while the service runs.

A job that fails is refunded in credits automatically. The price of each tool is shown before you run it.

Payments and refunds

Payments go through Stripe. Card statements show the name set on our Stripe account.

If a purchase went wrong, write to info@emb-automation.com. When we refund a payment, the credits it bought are removed from your balance; credits already spent stay spent.

The monthly plan renews each month until you cancel it on the wallet page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; credits you already have stay in your account.

Fair use

Each tool has an hourly limit per account and may pause for the day if it reaches its daily capacity. Do not use the service to break the law, to attack it, or to resell it as your own.

What we promise

The tools follow the published standards they name. You are responsible for checking the result before you rely on it, for example by scanning a barcode before printing a run. Barcode tools draw the barcode for a number you supply; they do not issue GS1 numbers.

The service is provided as is.
